I edited in photoshop.

first i selected kate

from the background...which was tricky!

then i added the flies as a layer over the top

..which were stuck in a web in my garden..NIIIICE!! :P

and then i changed the colours to be warm.

and i took the photo of the birds whilst watching my church football team playing :P

so here i am, lying on a giant peice of black material on my bedroom floor undermeath a tripod!
i used photoshop layers to do this and added a photo i took of some bokeh over the top..
